Summaries
The Summaries tab provides a concise, AI-generated overview of the results from a survey question response group, and has been expanded to include ‘Categories’ and especially ‘Areas to Investigate’.
Summary
The Summary section on the Results page provides the core AI-generated narrative based on the survey question response group. This is an excellent starting point for exploring your results, giving you initial insights into what stood out for participants and suggesting areas you might want to investigate further.
Categories
The Categories section, which is part of the overall AI analysis, highlights the top reference points detailing what stood out for participants based on their survey question responses.
Areas to Investigate
The Areas to Investigate section, also part of the AI-generated analysis, identifies the key focus areas you should prioritize based on the survey question responses.
Detailed Responses
The Detailed Responses tab on the Results page is where you can explore the individual answers given by participants to your survey questions.
In the updated Results page, we've organized key components under this Detailed Responses tab. All new sections are now easily filterable and draw data directly from our database, ensuring a single source of truth for your analysis and reporting.
Enhanced Comment View
For every Comment Box question, an enhanced view is available, which includes the AI-generated (✨) Summary, Common Ground (✨), Categories(✨), List, and Keywords.
A unified view is maintained regardless of the user's role (e.g., team leader or room admin). When filters are applied to the Summary under the same question by different colleagues, the exact same content is displayed. This consistency extends to the Common Ground and Categories sections, ensuring seamless team collaboration and guaranteeing a single source of truth for analysis.
Topic Favourability Table
The new topic favourability table offers both a high-level and detailed view of your audience's sentiment based on their answers to multiple Likert scale questions.
We’ve designed three key scores to help you quickly interpret the data and get a complete picture of your engagement's success:
- Topic Score: This provides a high-level view of how a major theme resonated with your audience. It's calculated by averaging the scores from three core questions that define the topic's favourability.
- Average Score: This offers a more detailed look at a topic's sentiment. It's the average of all the Likert scale questions within a given topic, allowing you to see the collective feeling across all related questions.
- Individual Favourability Score: This is the score for each specific Likert scale question, which contributes to the overall topic score.
A ready-to-use dataset can be obtained by exporting the table directly as a CSV file, which allows for easy integration into other tools or reports.
