We have some updates coming your way on Monday, September 15th, 2025! This month's release introduces exciting enhancements to our new, improved Results page, refining how you view survey results.
Beyond those updates, we’ll also be rolling out a few in-demand improvements to our export functionality, allowing you to now export all survey questions and responses from all engagements into a single .docx file.

Survey Results will now open in our improved Results page
We're excited to announce a significant update to how you can view your survey results! You can now access an improved Results page for Advanced Engagements, Surveys and Imported Surveys.
To get started, simply click on the results within a Survey or Imported Survey.

Now, you'll be taken to the improved, streamlined Results page. On this page, you’ll see a welcome banner and a convenient link that allows you to return to the old survey Results page if needed.
This improved Results page is designed to be cleaner and more intuitive, with enhanced functionality to help you better understand your data. Plus, we have more exciting updates planned for Advanced Engagements results coming your way soon!
Enhanced Export of All Survey Questions into a document
We're thrilled to introduce a major update to our export functionality! The latest enhancements are designed to give you better visibility and more control, making it easier than ever to get the exact survey data you need.
When you export from an Advanced Engagement, Exchange, Survey, Imported Survey or Interview you'll now generate a single document that captures all of your survey responses.
[Note: the Export option is only available when survey questions are included in the engagement.]
We've introduced an export overlay for all engagements to give more power and flexibility. When you click the export button, a new window will appear, allowing you to select precisely what you want to include in your document.
You can now choose to export:
- Specific questions to get a more focused look at your data.
- Favourability tables, which provide both topic-level and question-level scores for your Likert scale questions. This table will appear in your document as "Favourability Overview."

Sending Email Invitations via ThoughtExchange Just Got Easier
In this release, we’re excited to introduce a major update in the “Participants” step of our engagement creation process. We've made improvements for better visibility, easier email sending, and enhanced use of demographic data for filtering when using Contact List uploads and invitations.
In the “Participants” step of creating an engagement, you'll now find a new table when the Participant Invitations toggle is on. The table's content will vary based on your privacy settings:
- If the privacy setting is Confidential, the table includes the Email status, Participant link, and an Invite button.
- If the privacy setting is Anonymous, the table includes only the Email status and an Invite button.
Here's what each column does:
- Email status indicates whether the participant has received the email invitation (Sending/Bounced/Delivered).
- The Participant link provides a unique link for each participant.
- Clicking the Invite button resends the invitation email to that participant.
Upon survey launch, the table will reflect updates, including the total number of email invitations.
After the initial launch, to send additional invitations, click on the three dots menu in the engagement list and then select “Invite”. For more information, please refer to the quick walkthrough below.

Within the Room Settings, you will have the Email Log to show the details of the number of Emails processed, In transit, Delivered and Deferred.
