AI Consent Decoupled from the Engagement Builder
In this release, we have improved the onboarding flow to help leaders reach the building interface faster. Previously, leaders had to wait for their Administrator to accept the AI consent terms before they could access the engagement builder at all. We have now decoupled AI consent from the building process, so leaders can start building right away — with AI capabilities unlocking once consent is accepted.
- Leaders can access the engagement builder (Adaptive Surveys/Surveys) without AI consent being accepted by an Administrator.
- AI cards — including Engage with AI and AI goes next — appear in a locked state until AI consent is accepted.
- Once an Administrator accepts the AI consent terms, those AI cards unlock and work as usual.
- Templates containing AI cards are no longer blocked. Leaders can select and open any template regardless of AI consent status.
Note: If a leader selects a template that contains AI cards and AI consent has not been accepted, the engagement builder will surface errors for those specific cards. The rest of the template remains usable.
