Filter Results by Time
In this release, we’ve introduced the new Filter by Time capability, a feature designed to help leaders isolate data within engagements that remain open for extended periods, such as ongoing Onboarding or Offboarding surveys.
To access this feature, navigate to the Results page of your engagement and click the Filters button. Within the filter menu, you will find the “Participation Date” parameter, where you can define a specific Start Date and End Date.

A Unified View of Data
Once a date range is applied, the entire Results page updates dynamically to show only the data for that period. This filtered view persists across:
- Summaries & Detailed Responses: View high-level trends or granular data within your window.
- Compare & Transcripts: Contrast specific timeframes or read feedback from a set period.
- Languages & Advisor: Get AI-driven insights and demographic breakdowns tailored to your range.
Exporting with Clarity
When you export your data, your generated document will maintain all active filters. For total clarity, the specific date range used will be clearly mentioned at the top of the exported document, ensuring your stakeholders have the full context for the data provided.
Enhanced Sharing and Tracking: Send Reminders & Invite Status
In this release, we have introduced two powerful updates to the Share Results page: the ability to send targeted reminders and a new real-time status tracker for invites.
These improvements are located within the Share Results page, accessible from both the Results and Reports pages.
1. Send Reminders
This feature allows you to provide a professional nudge to ensure your data is seen by the right stakeholders.
To access the “Share Results” page, navigate to the Results or Reports page. Click the "Share Results" icon or button.
- Targeted Nudges: Click the "Send Reminder" column next to a specific individual to send a quick, one-off nudge.
- Bulk Options: Click the "Remind All" button to open a dropdown menu. You can choose to "Remind All" or target "Only those who haven’t responded."
2. Real-Time Invite Status
The new Status column provides immediate context for your outreach efforts, allowing you to track progress in real time.
- Sent: The invite has successfully left the platform and is on its way to the invitee.
- Not Delivered: The invite could not be delivered (e.g., due to an incorrect email or server bounce).
- Opened: The invitee has successfully opened and viewed the shared results.
This column is visible to leaders or any users granted access to the "Share Results" page.
Multi-Select Questions as Variables
In this release, we've introduced the ability to use Multi-Select questions as dynamic variables within Advanced Engagements, a feature designed to help leaders create more personalized and sophisticated participant journeys within their engagements.
Once a leader has added a Multi-Select question and defined its response options, that question can be selected as a variable in any following question card.
Tailored Participant Experience: When a participant selects one or more options in a multi-select question, those specific choices are carried forward. When they reach a subsequent question using that variable, only the options they previously "checked" will appear. This creates a logical, branching-style feel without complex setup.
Leader Data View: While the participant only sees their specific selections, the leader maintains a holistic view. In the "Results" tab under "Detailed Responses," the multi-select variable is displayed with all possible options listed, rather than just the ones selected by an individual. This ensures leaders can easily compare responses against the full set of available choices.

Validation and Insights
Note: To ensure the flow works correctly, the Multi-Select question must appear in the survey sequence before the question card that references it as a variable.
Key Update: In the Detailed Responses export, multi-select variables are clearly delineated, making it simple to filter your data based on which specific combination of options a participant chose at the start of their journey.
Learn More Refinements: Survey Topics and Branching
In this release, the Learn More page has been enhanced to include survey topics and branching logic within the Engagement Questions section for Advanced Engagements.
When exploring templates, the Learn More page now provides a visual summary of the logic and categorization used within the engagement:
- Nested Branching Limits: To maintain readability, the Learn More page displays nested branching up to two levels deep, even if the underlying engagement contains more complex logic.
Branch Arm Labels: Within each visible branch, you will see the specific names used for the branch arms, providing immediate context on the participant's path.
For highly complex structures, the system provides a strategic preview of the top-level logic. To view the full, multi-level branch in its entirety, leaders can use the “+ Create from template” button to open the engagement in the builder.
Note for Custom Templates: As a leader, it is important to use meaningful names for your topics and branching paths. Clear labeling can help when saving an engagement as a custom template, making it easier for you and your team to identify and reuse successful survey structures in the future.
Restore Accidentally Deleted Cards
In this release, we have introduced a “Restore” feature within the Advanced Engagement Builder. This serves as a critical guardrail, allowing leaders to recover sections or cards that were deleted by mistake during the design process.
The Restore functionality is integrated directly into the engagement builder to provide immediate assistance:
-
Universal Element Recovery: Whether a leader deletes an individual question card, a specific topic, or an entire nested branch, a notification banner will immediately appear at the bottom of the page. This banner identifies the specific element that was removed and provides a "Restore" button that lets you restore the deleted content—including all its associated logic and sub-cards—with a single click.
- Consecutive Deletions: It is important to note that the system prioritizes the most recent action. If multiple elements are deleted in a row (for example, a question card followed by a branch), the banner will update to reflect the most recent deletion. In this scenario, only the latest element (the branch) can be restored.
UI Enhancements: Question Numbering in Advanced Engagements
In this release, we have replaced Question Card names with question numbers to provide a cleaner and more intuitive interface for leaders. The new numbering logic follows a standard left-to-right, top-to-bottom flow.
Key Updates
The following naming conventions have been implemented across the builder:
- Question Cards: Standard card names have been replaced with simple question numbers (e.g., Q1, Q2).
- Message Cards: To save space and maintain flow, Message Cards are now shortened to "M[number]".
- AI Interactions: "Engage with AI" cards now clearly display the specific AI function being used, such as Summary, Acknowledge, Analyze, or Scoring.
-
Branching Logic: * Branching containers are labeled "Branch [number]" with descriptive, editable arms.
- Question cards nested within a branch are prepended with the branch ID (e.g., B1 Q3, B1 Q4) to maintain context within the larger flowchart.
Note: These changes are purely visual within the builder interface and do not impact the participant's view, ensuring your survey remains as professional and engaging as ever.
UI Enhancements: AI Goes Next (AIGN) Card within Advanced Engagements
In this release, we have introduced a dedicated AI Goes Next (AIGN) card within the main builder menu, making it easier than ever to integrate intelligent transitions into your engagements.
Key Updates
The AIGN card is now a separate, high-visibility element in the main menu where leaders can hover over the card to see a detailed tooltip explaining its functionality before use.
To add AI logic, simply grab the AIGN card and drag it into the builder. Once dropped into the flowchart, the card automatically identifies and links to the question immediately preceding it, though leaders maintain full control to manually edit the source question if needed.

Upon placement, the card defaults to the "Go Deeper" function, which can be easily modified within the card settings to fit the specific goal of the AI interaction.
