This release gives you more flexibility in how you build surveys and what happens when participants finish, with two key improvements:
Survey Redirect
Surveys no longer have to end on a thank-you screen. With Survey Redirect, you can send participants straight to a web page of your choice when they finish. That could be a related resource, a bond information site or your next engagement.
- Open your survey and go to the final card. The redirect is off by default, so existing surveys stay as they are until you turn it on.
- Switch the Redirect toggle on and enter the destination URL.
- Set the redirect delay. The default is 20 seconds and the minimum is 5 seconds. The minimum follows accessibility standards, so participants have time to read the message and choose whether to stop the redirect.
- When participants finish the survey, and when you preview it, they see two options: Go now and Stay on this page.
- If a participant chooses Stay on this page, they see the thank-you message with a working link to the destination, so they can still go there later.
Survey Redirect is available on All Packages.
List View
Build and review surveys your way with List View, a new layout in the Engage survey builder. It shows your survey as a simple top-to-bottom list. That makes it quick to scan, easy to edit on your phone and a good fit for simpler surveys. Flowchart view is still there for visual, complex builds, and both views edit the same survey.
- Switch views anytime with the Flowchart / List toggle in the top right corner of the survey builder.
- Editing works the same way in both views: select any element to open it in the right-hand panel.

Branching logic shows inline, so you can see and adjust branches without leaving the list. You can collapse each branch section to keep long surveys tidy.
- Use the main Add button to insert topics, content, AI features and branching.
- Use Search to find specific text or questions anywhere in your survey. It's also a quick way to catch spelling errors before launch.
List View is available on All Packages.
