Advanced Engagement Survey Question Templates
In this release, we've introduced Survey Question Templates, making it easier for leaders to save and reuse specific survey questions across different Advanced Engagements within the same Room; saving you time and ensuring consistency.
Saving a New Survey Question Template
To turn any question into a reusable template:
- First, create your desired survey question.
- Click on the rich text editor (where the question is defined), then click on the Save Question icon.
- Provide a unique name for the template. This name will be used to reference the survey question when it is used again.
Using a Saved Survey Question Template
To insert a question template into a new engagement:
- When creating a new question, click the Save Question icon within the rich text editor.
- Choose the desired survey question template from the list.

Deleting a Survey Question Template
To remove a template from the list:
- Click on the garbage icon next to the saved question's name.
Note on Access: Survey Question Templates are available for any Advanced Engagement across the entire Room, meaning other leaders who have access to the Room can also use these saved templates.
Participants can now listen to spoken audio of each survey question within Advanced Engagements
In this release, we're introducing the Text to Speech feature, making Advanced Engagements more accessible by allowing participants to hear each survey question read aloud.
This feature is enabled via a simple toggle in the Advanced Engagements settings:
- As a leader, navigate to the Settings icon within your Advanced Engagement.
- Switch the "Text to Speech" toggle on.
Once enabled, participants will see a "Listen" button in their experience, allowing them to hear the survey questions read aloud.

Compare Multiple Engagements in Advanced Engagements (E360)
Note: This feature is only available in the E360 package.
The Compare multiple engagements feature is now available for Advanced Engagements. This allows easy benchmarking and tracking by comparing current engagement results with past engagements or across different groups.
As a leader, you will find the Compare feature in a separate section under the improved Results Page for your Advanced Engagement. This feature works the same as in traditional surveys, enabling you to select and compare results from different engagements side by side.

Export Improvements
In this release, we're giving leaders more control and flexibility over how they extract and analyze survey data with three key improvements to our export capabilities.
1. Comment Box: Export Up to 500 Comments
We have increased the limit for comment exports, allowing you to include up to 500 comments per open-ended question in your reports.
To access the expanded export feature:
- Navigate to the Improved Results page and click the Export button.
- Under the Comment Box questions, choose the specific list you want to export.
- At the top of the page, specify the number of comments to export (up to 500).
- Use the Toggle (Optional): Enable the provided toggle if you want all comment lists from each Comment Box question to appear together at the end of the export document for easier reading.
- Enter a title for the document and click the "Generate Document" button.

Note on the 500 Limit: The reason for the 500-comment limit is based on the document size. Every group of 100 single-line comments takes up at least 2 pages of the export document. This ensures the resulting files remain manageable.
Full List of Comments: If you require a full list of all comments beyond the 500-comment limit, you can still use the "Participant Response Export" or the "Data Download".
2. All Article Elements Now Exportable
You can now export all of your valuable AI-generated content—including the Deep-Dive, AI Conversation, and all Comment Box sections (Summary, Common Ground, Categories, List, and Keywords)—to create a single, comprehensive report.
To export this enhanced content:
- Navigate to any page with the Export function (Detailed Responses, Summary, or Reports) and click the Export button.
- Go to the Comment Box Questions section and choose the checkboxes for all the content you wish to include.
- Enter a title for the export document.
- Hit the “Generate Document” button.
Future Enhancement Note: In the near future, you may see an AI sparkle indicator next to the Summary, Category, and Common Ground sections within the exported document, signifying that the content is AI-generated.
3. New 'Generate Document' Button in Reports
We've added a new, dedicated process for generating documents directly from the Reports tab, streamlining your reporting workflow.
The new document generation process is located under the Reports tab:
- Navigate to the Reports Page.
- Find the Editable Documents section.
- Click on the “New” button within this section. This will take you to the export configuration page.
- Provide a title for your document and click the “Generate Document” button.

UI Enhancements: Change Engagements to Engage
In this release, we've updated the name of our home page. This is part of the transition to our new platform.
Key Update
The primary navigation link in the Room View header has been updated from "Engagements" to "Engage."
This change aligns with the name of our new platform and simplifies the interface. Stay tuned for more changes as we transition to the new platform.
