We have some exciting updates coming your way on Friday, July 24th, 2026!
This release strengthens account security and trust with two key improvements:
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Privacy Update: Building Trust with AI
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
In this release, we're rolling out Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of protection to your account, starting with the roles that manage the most sensitive data.
MFA adds an extra layer of identity verification to protect accounts with access to sensitive student data.
- Manage MFA for your account from the new Security page under administrator settings.
- After logging out or when a session expires, log in as usual, then complete verification by entering the six-digit code sent to your email.
- MFA is currently required for two roles with access to the most sensitive data:
- Account Administrator — controls role permissions across your account.
- Data Analyst — has access to student PII.

Privacy Update: Building Trust with AI
As artificial intelligence continues to evolve, building trust with participants is essential — and that starts with being transparent about how their data is handled.
In response to participant feedback and market direction, we have refined the Privacy Policy to make AI data handling explicit rather than implied. The updates make it very clear to participants that:
- Their information is not shared with the AI model.
- Their inputs are not used to train the model.
Going forward, any time an AI card is added to a new engagement, the Privacy Policy shown to participants will automatically include this language — so leaders don't need to take any manual action to stay covered.
