Expansion of Custom Translations
Advanced Survey Question Comparison tools
In this release, customers with the Engagement 360 package will find the new "Compare" tool in the Survey Analysis tab. Previously a BETA feature, this powerful tool allows you to perform advanced qualitative analysis on survey question responses right from the Survey analysis tab of your Results dashboard.
This tool provides an easy way to visualize:
- Satisfaction scores by demographic answers
- Favorability scores by demographic answers
- Demographic group sizes
Expansion of Custom Translations
With our new Custom Translations feature, you can reach your entire community by providing custom translated engagements in every major language spoken in your organization. This feature allows you to manually translate your engagement details (in over 130 languages), ensuring the questions you ask and the data you collect are accurate and the nuances of every language.
Please review the help article for Custom Translations for more details and information about the feature.
Filter Slides by survey question responses
By popular demand, you can now filter your Slides by any combination of survey questions and participation groups in order to share a specific segment of your survey results.
This feature is currently only available for surveys.
Static Wordcloud Sharing
With this release, you can now share a static Wordcloud of responses gathered from Comment Box or Deep Dive survey questions in your interactive web and Slides reports. In this first iteration, you can share a static, edited version of the Wordcloud, making it easier to present and analyze your data visually.
Advisor Improvements
We've made several enhancements to Advisor to improve your user experience. These include:
- A default thread to help you get started quickly without data/filter selection
- Expanded suggested prompts
- Increased output to avoid cut-off responses.
- The ability to now add formatting to Advisor's responses using Markdown
- The ability to analyze all components of a deep dive survey question together, and analyze "other" comments from survey questions.
- Advisor is now included in what a filtered Results viewer can see
- New AI branding and some UI polish for a smoother experience.
If you'd like more information or guidance on Advisor and its exciting new updates, please don't hesitate to reach out to your ThoughtExchange representative or submit a new Support ticket.
AI Updates
We're generalizing how we handle consent for our AI and beta features to streamline the process for our leaders. We're transitioning from consenting to specific AI models to consenting more generally to the use of third-party generative AI models. What this means is:
- Faster access to new models once our team has thoroughly vetted them to ensure they meet our “Private by Design” standard.
- Less hassle for your team. General consent means your team can seamlessly use new models that come on the market, as we’ve handled the details.
Account administrators will also now have a simplified consent process for our Beta programs. Here’s what you need to know:
- Similar to the AI update, streamlined consent means you won’t need to re-consent every time a new Beta program is introduced. Once you give your general consent, it will apply to all current and future Beta programs.
- We removed the individual consent items for specific Beta features (like Advisor and Interview). However, rest assured that your consent history is still safely stored in our database.
As part of this update, we've introduced a new subprocessor, AWS Bedrock, which uses Anthropic AI.
If you previously consented to use Azure Open AI, you will automatically have access to Anthropic AI features as part of this update. However, if your organization prefers not to use Generative AI features, please don’t hesitate to contact us at privacy@thoughtexchange.com. To learn more about which features use Generative AI visit How does ThoughtExchange use generative AI or LLM's?
If you previously consented to one of our Beta programs, we will migrate your consent to the general Beta terms as part of this update. Similar to the AI consent updates, please reach out to our team at privacy@thoughtexchange.com if you have any questions or concerns.
AI badging for participant-facing features
Starting May 1st, we will let users know when they interact with a Generative AI model. Participants will see a sparkle emoji ✨ at the beginning of any question that will be processed by an AI model. This makes it easy for users to know when a feature uses AI, so they can decide if they wish to interact with it. This ensures transparency and helps users make informed decisions about their engagement with AI features.
Updated Login pages
We’ve updated the look of our login/sign-up pages, but the actual login and sign-up process remains the same.
