ThoughtExchange has a number of features that use generative AI or LLMs.
When engaging a new generative AI vendor, ThoughtExchange follows our Secure and Private by Design vendor review process to ensure they meet our requirements. This includes notifying customers of our new vendor while updating our Data Processing Addendum and Subprocessors.
In addition to customer notifications of AI sub-processor changes, we ask your leader to opt in before generative AI features are available:
ThoughtExchange ensures that our generative AI providers are not allowed to retain or train their AI models on our customers' data through our enterprise agreements and technical controls.
Each AI feature is marked with an AI icon and a short reminder to review the output before using it. Leaders and participants always know when they interact with AI-generated content or AI-powered features, which supports informed, responsible decisions by all users.
