Response Review After Submission
In this release we're giving leaders more control over the submission process with a new setting that dictates whether participants can review their answers after they've completed a survey.
When you enable participant invitations for your engagement, you'll see a new option: "Allow Response Review after submission." You can easily toggle this setting on or off at any time—even after the engagement has been launched!
Note: This feature is only available when participant invitations are active, as it requires unique links or access codes.
When the "Allow Response Review after submission" toggle is set to OFF:
When a participant clicks "Submit and Complete" and then “Confirm”, their unique link or access code is permanently locked, preventing them from reviewing past responses or re-entering the engagement. Subsequent attempts to use the link will show the page as inaccessible.

Locating the Setting in Advanced Engagements:
The "Allow response review after submission" toggle is located in the Manage tab of Advanced Engagements. You'll find this setting available after you have sent out invitations using the "Invite Contacts" button.
Note: This feature is only available in the E360 package and is not applicable to Exchanges or Interviews.
Dynamic Matrix

Introducing the dynamic matrix in Advanced Engagements! This new tool streamlines surveys by automatically adjusting the available options based on a participant's previous selections, making engagements more relevant and efficient.
How the Dynamic Matrix Works
The platform dynamically generates matrix question content based on a participant's choices in a preceding multiple-select question. The matrix question displays only the options (rows) the participant selected.
How to Set Up the Dynamic Matrix
Note: A dynamic matrix must always be linked to a multiple-select survey question type.
To create a dynamic matrix, first create a multiple-select question with all potential response options.
Next, add a matrix question by dragging and dropping a survey question card below the multiple select question. Then, select "Matrix" from the available question types [e.g., Matrix (Single select), Matrix (Multiple select), Matrix (Likert Scale text or numbers)].
Then, link the matrix question to the source multiple-select question using the "Link Variable" option located above the matrix question.
Finally, configure the text and headers by entering the main matrix question. Depending on the question type, enter column answer options for single/multiple select or verify answer options for likert scale.
Once linked, the platform automatically presents the correct Dynamic Matrix options based on prior selections.

Note: This feature is only available for Advanced Engagements for customers with the Engagement360 Package.
Form Elements with Advanced Engagements
To maintain a clean, focused participant experience, leaders can now customize the participant experience by hiding the Introduction and feedback cards.
To hide the Introduction Card: Click the card and click the "Eye" icon that appears to toggle visibility.
To hide the Feedback Section: You have separate controls for the survey rating and feedback components located at the end of the engagement. Click each card individually and click the "Eye" icon that appears to hide it.
Important Note: To remove the concluding feedback section, hide both the Survey Rating Card and the Feedback Card using their independent "Eye" icons.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Survey Question Type
In this release we’re introducing a secure question type to collect essential Personally Identifiable Information (PII) directly within Advanced Engagements. This ensures confidential handling, accurate validation, and participant privacy.
To begin, navigate to the Builder and select a “Question” or "Comment box" card. From the comment box dropdown, choose "Contact Information" at the bottom of the list. You will then be prompted to select either "Name" or "Email Address," which will automatically generate the required text input field for the participant.

Tip: The 'Required' toggle is ON by default but can be turned OFF. Even when the toggle is turned off, the platform enforces strict data validation (e.g., email addresses must be properly formatted).

Note: For the PII Survey Question Type to function, the engagement must be set to the Confidential privacy setting. To change the privacy type, update it on the “Privacy policy” card.
PII information will not be included in the standard analytics view (Summaries, Detailed Responses, Compare) and will not be processed by Advisor. PII data will be visible in the Transcripts tab. Users with "Data Analyst" access can retrieve the PII information from the Participant Response Export Report on the Reports tab.
Note: This feature is only available for Advanced Engagements for customers with the Engagement360 Package.
Multiple Submission
In this release, we've introduced the Multiple Submission feature in Advanced Engagements, providing leaders with the ability to allow participants to contribute more than one set of responses to the same engagement.
To access the Multiple Submission toggle, click the Settings icon (⚙️) at the top right of the builder. Then, navigate to the "Privacy & Access" Settings, where you will find the toggle.
With the Multiple Submission toggle on, participants can submit multiple responses to an engagement. Their unique link remains active after their initial submission, allowing them to review previous responses and submit new ones as needed.
