We have some updates coming your way on Thursday, June 5th, 2025! In this month’s release, we’re excited to release a new engagement type called Advanced Engagements. Advanced Engagements is a smarter way to build surveys using multiple question types, AI-driven insights, and adaptive data collection.
In addition to Advanced Engagements, we will also be rolling out a few in-demand improvements, including the ability to add contacts to existing contact lists manually. As always, our updates aim to optimize your experience with ThoughtExchange!

Manually Add Contacts to Existing Lists
Note: This feature is only available for accounts with the E360 package - please reach out to your ThoughtExchange representative for more information.
With this release, Account Admins can now manually add a contact to an existing contact list—no need to upload a new CSV file.
If you need to add a new contact to an existing contact list, all you have to do is head to the Contacts tab from Admin Settings, choose the contact list from the dropdown, click “Add contact”, and fill in the necessary details.
Only the first name, last name, and either an email address or access code are required. The rest is optional and can be edited later if needed:
Privacy Policy Update
We’ve updated our Privacy Policy, effective June 5, 2025. While we encourage you to review the updated policy in full, here’s an overview of what has changed:
- We’ve clarified our use of data for the security of our services, including abuse and spam detection.
