We have some updates coming your way on Thursday, May 1st, 2025! In this month’s release, we’re rolling out some exciting improvements, including a delightful new enhancement to our Advisor AI tool, aimed at optimizing your survey analysis experience with ThoughtExchange!

Add to Cart
This month, we are thrilled to introduce to you the new “Add to Cart” feature in our Advisor tool that makes it so much easier to save and share key insights from your results. Just like online shopping, you can now “add” helpful Advisor responses to your personal list of saved insights, view them later in “My Insights,” and group them into a custom report to share with others. This feature aims to simplify your workflow and help you capture insights that are most important to you while using the Advisor tool during your results review.
To save an Advisor response, simply click the "Save Insight" icon:
A red dot will appear on the "My Insights" button in the top right corner of your Advisor screen to indicate a new saved insight:
The "My Insights" page allows you to access and save your insights, and select specific insights to generate reports (you can select any combination of insights you've saved to generate reports for by checking off the checkbox on the left of each saved insight):
You also have the ability to edit and customize the title of the report before generating it (otherwise, the default title is always in this format - Custom report - (date) (time)):
You can access the custom reports generated from the insights you've "saved to your cart" at any time, under "Custom Reports" via the Reports tab:
Share Filtered Results with Bulk Upload

Due to popular demand, we've simplified the process of sharing filtered results with multiple team members. The new Bulk upload feature when adding users to shared results allows you to efficiently share filtered results with up to 500 viewers simultaneously, ensuring that each viewer only accesses the data relevant to them. Simply choose a filter (like School or Department), upload a CSV file with emails and a filter value, and you're done! Visit this article for a more detailed guide on how to use Bulk Upload.
Increased Data Integration Limits
We've significantly increased the limits for contacts and invitations, providing you with even more reach for your engagements.

Increased Contact Limit: You can now upload up to 150,000 contacts in your engagements, up from the previous limit of 100,000.

Enhanced Invitation Capability: Whether using access codes or email-based invites, you can now invite up to 150,000 participants, regardless of the invitation type. This is up from the previous limit of 30,000 for email-based invites, and 100,000 for access codes invites.
Why This Matters: This enhancement is especially significant for medium to large districts and organizations that previously hit invitation limits, forcing them to chunk engagements into several smaller sized ones. By removing these barriers, we empower you to connect with a broader audience, gather more insights, and drive better outcomes from your engagements.
