Accessibility options

We’re very excited to introduce accessibility options for participants, including screen reader support for participants with visual impairments. For information on enabling and using Thoughtexchange accessibility options, please visit here.

Our Discover Dashboards have gotten some love and a couple new features for leaders to...discover (see what we did there?):  

Top Thoughts

The new Top Thoughts may be a familiar sight for some of our leaders, and has been refreshed for our 4x platform.

Our new Top Thoughts feature.

To view the report, head into Discover Dashboard and click the new Top thoughts menu in the left-hand panel. Thoughts will be sorted by average rating.

This report can be filtered by:

• exchanges within a project
• demographic answers 

There’s even a search feature at the top so you can search for a word or phrase you’re particularly interested in.

Introducing the exchange co-leader role

You can now add Exchange Co-leaders to your Advanced Exchanges! This allows us to add more than just one person in an organization to access important tools and insights, including the Discover Dashboard.

Exchange Leader and Exchange Co-Leader, and how they appear for each role

When the Exchange Leader clicks on their Advanced Exchange from their Home view, they are taken to View Project.

From View Project, the Exchange Leader can view:

• Overview of the entire project
• Discover Dashboard
• Manage Co-Leaders

When the Exchange Co-Leader clicks on their project from their Home view, they are taken to View Project. 

From View Project, the Project Co-Leader can view:

• Overview of the entire project
• Discover Dashboard

What’s fixed

Our developers found a couple of stowaway gremlins hiding in the software. They’ve since been evicted. No ticket, no ride.
