Advisor
You may have noticed that the Advisor tool has undergone a significant facelift, which includes a thoughtful redesign and rehome. Advisor is now a dynamic AI-powered chat interface. Using Advisor, you can refine and customize outputs using a conversational format, with added features like templated prompts and the ability to add organizational context.
The Article tab is now a feature of its own. It retains features that allow leaders to glean insight from engagements quickly.
With this update, Advisor will simplify your results analysis, eliminating the guesswork from extracting and interpreting a large volume of data, thus allowing you to focus on your tactical action plans more easily.
Interviews
Interviews are now available to all ThoughtExchange customers in a Beta phase. Interviews are an AI-powered engagement method that simplifies gathering and analyzing qualitative data, making it easier for you to glean valuable insights from your participant voices. Through its highly personalized one-on-one conversational approach, Interview goes beyond traditional data-aggregating surveys by engaging participants in a remote two-way dialogue.
Deep dive survey question
We're excited to announce that our innovative, AI-driven Deep dive survey question feature is now available for all to use. Deep dive questions take the comment box question style to the next level by offering a series of related open-ended questions where participants can express themselves candidly and have their answers reflected to them via the ✨ AI-generated summary.
This question type allows leaders to ask one to six comment box-style questions presented together under an optional description of the survey section they form. Participants respond to each question and are then presented with an AI-generated summary of their responses describing their overall perspective.
Depending on your account settings, Student Onboarding and Student Exit survey templates will be available to meet your organization's needs. Please visit our Survey Question Types help article for more detailed information about Deep dive.
Share Filtered Results
Survey question filters are now available when granting 'View' access to the Results Dashboard. This new feature allows engagement leaders to limit and customize what a viewer can see in the dashboard.
Quick Guide on how to find and share a filtered view:
Multiple submissions
With this release, you can now allow participants to submit responses to an engagement more than once from the same device.
You can toggle the Multiple submissions feature ON/OFF in the Privacy tab of the engagement Settings:

Heatmaps Migration
Heatmaps have long been the go-to tool for understanding which themes are most important to specific groups of respondents. We've moved a cleaner version of this feature to the Compare function in the Survey Analysis tab. Look for 'Theme ratings' in the Compare dropdown.
Improvements to Filter by imported demographic data
In the last release, we introduced the ability for leaders running 'confidential' engagements with unique links or code-authenticated access to filter responses based on any data fields they included in a previously uploaded list of contacts.
We are thrilled to announce some improvements in this release that will enhance your experience with this feature. Here's a quick overview of what's new:
- Separation of engagements and contact data: Now, changes to your contact list won't impact existing engagements using that data.
- Filtering by contact data for engagement only: This update ensures that results are filtered by only data that is valid for participants of the engagement.
- Overview Page Filtering: The Overview page and Thoughts can be filtered by imported contact demographic data.
- Increased Contacts Upload Allowance: Enjoy a higher allowance of 100,000 imports for contacts upload.
- General improvements to filtering: We've resolved some filtering issues to make your experience smoother.
Character Limit Increase (Comment box and Deep dive)
By popular demand, we've increased the character limit for comment box and deep dive survey question responses to 1000 characters, enabling participants to provide more detailed and meaningful responses.
