Beta Access to our Upcoming New Leader App

Today, we are excited to share a sneak peek of the new ThoughtExchange Leader App - a reflection of product feedback from our leaders like you about what works, what doesn’t, and what kinds of innovations they would like to see. What you can find in the new Leader App:

• Easier navigation and searching through Exchanges
• Simplified Exchange creation
• Quick access to the Discover Dashboard
• Templated email text for inviting participants
• Quick access to Exchange Gallery resources

Discover Dashboard In-App Guidance

The new in-app guidance feature for the Discover Dashboard includes a tour of the dashboard as well as a tutorial on creating your own theme sets.  After this initial roll-out, the tour will expand into other areas to maximize your Discover Dashboard experience.

Streamlined Graphics in Presenter Mode

Thank you for all the positive feedback about Presenter Mode. Leaders love being able to lead participants through live Exchanges using ready-made slides and interactive visualizations.  However, we also heard that these real-time graphics can lag on some older devices on slower networks. The connections graphic has now been simplified to make the live experience run smoother during large Exchanges. 

Participation Statistics for Closed Exchanges

You may notice that figures for participation can still change after you close an Exchange.  This can be valuable data to track participants who view the results event after the Exchange is closed.  However, this can also lead to some confusion when it comes to reporting.  To address this, we’ve implemented a freeze on participation stats for closed Exchanges. As always, we appreciate your feedback on this update.

Subprocesser Update

To better serve our customers, we’re digging into what features are of value to our leaders and will be adding a new insights tool to gather data on common navigation patterns. As a result, we have updated our subprocessors to include a new third-party partner.
