New in the Leader Activity View

In our last release, we introduced our Leader Activity View (see image below), a new feature that gives leaders a one-stop-shop for working and interacting with their exchange. We’ve updated the View with a few new features and capabilities:

1. Showing who has visited the exchange (Participants) is now in the Leader Activity View (used to be found in the edit view).
2. An Analyze activity has been added that includes Top thoughts, Mixed thoughts, and Pending thoughts. (Look for the orange text in the exchange to learn what each view provides.)
3. Switching an exchange from one leader to another is now an option. When you want to set up an exchange but then hand it off to someone else to manage and wrap up, you can now switch the leader to another licensed exchange leader.

Get them back to star!

Based on feedback from our users (Thank you!), our new notifications are focused on making sure participants know to come back and star new thoughts.

We’ll send a notification when 10 or more thoughts have been added since they last participated - ie there are at least 10 new thoughts for them to star. If they ignore that notification we’ll send only one more notification to remind them again of new thoughts. Here's what the notification will look like:

And... Leaders can still send a manual reminder to all that have registered with a customized message too. 

Our App is in the App Store

We now have an app available to download in the app store! The app is currently available for Apple devices (iOS). Using the app is just like in a browser with the added bonus of notifications going straight to the phone as well as (or instead of) through email. Once you’ve downloaded the app, go into your settings to select the notification style you’d like for both mobile and email.
