The Invitations feature lets leaders send a survey directly to a defined list of participants. Instead of sharing a public link and hoping the right people respond, leaders upload a participant list and ThoughtExchange handles delivery, reminders, and tracking.
Participants can be reached by email, by access code, or both — all within a single engagement. Invitations also lets leaders attach demographic data to each participant at upload, so participants answer fewer questions and results come back richer without asking for information that already exists in an HR or SIS system.
When to use Invitations
- The engagement needs to reach a specific group of people.
- Leaders need to track who has responded and follow up with cohorts or individuals that are lagging.
- Demographic data already exists in an HR or SIS system and should not need to be self-reported by participants.
- Some participants do not have email addresses and need to access the survey using a code instead.
Note: Not all accounts have access to the Invitations feature. Reach out to a ThoughtExchange representative to learn more.
