This new feature enables leaders to efficiently share filtered result views with multiple stakeholders via a CSV file upload. Bulk creation of up to 500 filtered users in Adaptive Surveys.
To share results in bulk, navigate to the "Share Results" page within an Adaptive Survey by clicking the "Share Results" icon. On this page, click the "Add" button, then select the "Bulk Upload" option from the dialog box that appears.
Note: Before creating the CSV, leaders must select the survey questions, including any demographic questions (single-select, multi-select, and dropdown).The platform now displays "Possible filter values. This critical step ensures that leaders create the subsequent CSV file with accurate and correctly formatted filter values.
E.g. if the filter is by the ‘School Site’ survey question, the answer options in the CSV must match the options displayed in the UI.
The leader will create a CSV file using the "Possible filter values" and then upload it to the platform. After the file is uploaded, the leader clicks the "Add" button to create the Filter Presets and distribute the results.

Editing Capabilities
Leaders retain the flexibility to add or edit the Filter Presets after the initial bulk upload is complete.
