The AI Goes Next (AIGN) card enables leaders to embed advanced AI directly into the participant experience. By acting as an inquisitive listener, AIGN automatically generates personalized, open-ended follow-up questions tailored to a user's previous response. This allows you to identify root causes and gather incredibly in-depth data in real time, completely eliminating the need for multiple, drawn-out survey cycles.
How it Works
To add AI logic to your engagement, simply drag the AI Goes Next card into the builder. Once dropped into the flowchart, the card automatically identifies and links to the question immediately preceding it. While the automation handles the heavy lifting, leaders always retain the ability to manually edit the source question if needed.
Customizing Your AIGN Options
By default, the card is set to the "Goes Deeper" function. However, you can easily modify this in the card settings to align with the specific goal of your AI interaction.
Depending on the conversation flow you want to create, you can choose from four distinct prompting directions:
Goes Deeper (Default): Challenges the participant to delve deeper into their response, encouraging them to elaborate further on their initial thoughts.
Goes Broader: Encourages the participant to think horizontally by considering related topics or broader implications.
Gets Insight: Prompts the participant to reflect deeply on their response, uncovering the "why" behind their answers.
