The Branching feature within Adaptive Survey enables leaders to create personalized survey experiences by directing participants down different question paths based on their previous responses. As a leader, you can utilize two types of branching: Quantitative and Qualitative.
Quantitative Branching
Quantitative branching uses structured data—such as multiple-choice, scale, or demographic questions—to trigger specific survey paths. This ensures participants see only questions relevant to their specific selections. (Add link)
Qualitative Branching
For more complex interactions, Qualitative Branching leverages AI to analyze open-ended text. By using Engage with AI Analyze or Scoring cards, the platform can route participants based on the sentiment or specific themes found within a written comment box. (Add link)
