You may need to add the Thoughtexchange domain to your organization's allow-list so that notifications don't end up in your spam folder and to ensure a smooth experience overall.
To allowlist our IP addresses and domains, your IT manager needs the following information:
Domains:
- my.thoughtexchange.com
- email.thoughtexchange.com
- thoughtexchange.com (75.2.63.39 & 99.83.147.239)
- tejoin.com (15.197.156.7 & 3.33.150.197)
Dedicated email sending IP addresses:
- 208.117.53.224
- 167.89.101.69
Websockets:
ThoughtExchange uses WebSockets over port 443. Some proxies or firewalls will interrupt this connection. You may need to ask your Security team to make the following adjustments to your proxy or firewall in order to allow ThoughtExchange to work:
-
Add my.thoughtexchange.com to your allowlist
-
Check if your proxy is running SSL decryption. If it is, the proxy must either support WebSockets, or you’ll need to exempt my.thoughtexchange.com
