Leaders can choose to securely collect participants’ contact information separately from other responses in an engagement using the Contact Information feature. This option can be enabled in the Settings menu when creating or editing an engagement:
Simply navigate to the Contact information tab, toggle the feature from OFF to ON, and provide a message to be seen by participants. If your engagement is an Exchange, you can also indicate the number of thoughts that you would like participants to rate before the option to provide contact information is presented.
Participants can choose to provide their email or phone number if they'd like to be contacted by the engagement leader.
Participants will be informed on the Welcome screen that the engagement will ask them to provide contact information optionally.
Once participants reach the end of the survey questions (for a survey) or have rated the specified number of thoughts (for Exchanges), a dialogue box will appear, showing the message once again and providing the opportunity to share their information.
A .CSV file containing the contact information of all participants who provided it can be downloaded on the Reports tab of the Results Dashboard for the engagement:
