Schools thrive when student and parent voices are invited into ongoing conversations about learning, belonging, and well-being. This Student & Parent Micro-Engagement Calendar offers a month-by-month guide to gathering insights from both groups, ensuring that students feel heard in their daily experiences while parents remain active partners in supporting their child’s success.
Each month pairs student-focused Exchanges and survey questions with parallel parent perspectives, creating a clear bridge between what students need and how families perceive and support those needs. By aligning these voices, districts can identify shared priorities, uncover gaps, and act quickly on timely feedback.
