Privacy Policy Update

We’ve updated our Privacy Policy, effective as of March 3rd, 2025. While we encourage you to review the updated policy in full, here’s an overview of what has changed:

• We’ve improved how we will notify you of changes to the Privacy Policy.
• We’ve added more detail on regional privacy laws that may apply to you.
• We’ve rewritten some sections with user-friendly language for more transparency. We want you to clearly understand how your information is collected and processed.

Participant Status Report 

In our previous release, we introduced the Participant Status Report to our reporting tools. At the time, it was released as a limited Beta feature, available only by request. In this release, we are excited to be releasing the Participant Status Report feature to all our customers with the Engagement360 package! 

This new addition allows staff with the Data Analyst role to gain insights into the participation levels of invitees in engagements where participation is restricted by unique links or code access. This downloadable CSV report provides detailed information about each invitee and their participation status, making it easier to track and analyze participation.

Demographic Column in Contact Upload No Longer Required

Previously, when uploading a contact list, you had to include at least one demographic column. This was required to add contacts to an engagement. With this release, we have made it so all contacts will be added automatically as soon as you select a contact list—no demographic column required! You can still choose to filter contacts afterward if needed.
