Few things are as intimidating as using a new piece of software for the first time. We get it. Even with a tool as intuitive as ThoughtExchange, it can be hard to appreciate what you can do the first time you see it. To make things a little easier, we’ve introduced Exchange Studio.
Running exchange sequences helps you build a robust data set of nuanced strategies. Your Planner helps you map out, schedule, and set deadlines for future Exchanges that align with clear objectives. Plus, the Exchange Studio features questions and recommended cadences mapped to specific challenges your organization may be facing.
Solve complex problems and create alignment using Exchange cadences direct from the Studio. With the Exchange Studio, you can pick a topic and create an exchange with the click of a button. It offers a wide range of resources right at your fingertips, including exchange templates, video tutorials, and help articles. Even if you’re a ThoughtExchange pro, you may get inspired by the varied exchange topics you could run with your organization.
When you create an Exchange using the Exchange Studio you can choose to head directly to the Edit screen by clicking Create or you can add it to the Exchange Planner. Instantly creating the Exchange allows you as a leader to quickly generate and share an invitation link with your participants. You are also able to edit all elements of the Exchange before hitting the Launch button.
The Exchange Planner allows you to create Exchanges you need to run in the future without having them appear in your main Exchanges tab. Administrators can define the question; who the leader will be; the objective of the Exchange, and even the launch date, deadline and report date. When the date comes, the leader of the Exchange can create and launch it in a few clicks from the Planner. In addition to the Planner itself, you can also see your upcoming planned Exchanges on the Dashboard.
