Once you’ve organized the thoughts your community has shared into themes using the Theme feature, you can begin exploring and sharing what people had to say about each of the big ideas in your exchange. There are two tools you can use for a visual comparison of your themes: Bars and Tiles.
Tiles allows you to look at all of your themes at once and see which ones contain the most thoughts and which ones received the highest and lowest average star ratings. The size of the tiles will change based on which view you choose, with average star rating as the default. You can toggle back and forth between number of thoughts and average star rating views by clicking the star and thought bubble icons in the top right-hand corner of the tiles themselves.
You can also switch between any and all the theme sets you have created for your exchange using the Theme Set drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Building multiple theme sets can be helpful in looking at your results in different ways (e.g. conducting a SWOT analysis or sorting thoughts based on a “high priority” and “low priority” theme).
If you asked more than one question, you can use the Question drop-down menu to look at the theme tiles for each question or select “All” to view the overall breakdown.
You can even look at the individual thoughts in each tile and how they were rated by clicking on the tiles themselves.
Click the Print button in the top right-hand corner (below the X) to create a shareable PDF report of the thoughts in that theme.
