In an Advanced project spanning more than one exchange, you may wish to add multiple leaders in your organization to share exchange discoveries and insights on the Discover Dashboard. If you are set up as an exchange leader for a project, you can do just that with our co-leader feature!
Note: Only those with a Thoughtexchange leader licence for the same organization can be assigned as a co-leader. For information and assistance on licensing additional leaders within your organization, please reach out to your Service Coordinator or Professional Services Manager.
To add a co-leader
To add a co-leader to a project, you as a leader enter the View Project screen and select Manage Co-leaders. Here you can select the co-leader(s) from a list of eligible exchange leaders by clicking +Add.

Once a co-leader has been added to a project, it will appear in their Home view, like so:

We’ll also send the new co-leader an email letting them know they’ve been added as a co-leader to your project. Easy as that.
To remove a co-leader
Head back into Manage Co-leaders, and click the grapes menu on the right-hand side of the co-leader you want to remove. Click Remove. Note: Co-leaders will not receive an email notifying them when they are removed.
