Step back and take a breather -- the first order of business should be to reflect on all that you’ve accomplished this year. People have worked hard and achieved great things - that’s something that should be heard loud and clear. Stories and examples can help bring those successes to life, so open the floor to some of your bards to share tales of their victories.
Question: What are some lessons learned that we should carry forward to be successful next year/season/quarter?
Even the best pancake in the world has two sides to it (don’t ask us what this means -- we just made it up, but it sounds wise). A lot of things went well over this last year, but what didn’t? It’s a heck of a vulnerable question. Trust us, though - this is one that gets some of the best and most actionable feedback.
