Compare Multiple Engagements Enhancements
In our previous release, we made it easier for you to analyze results across different engagements using our Compare Multiple Engagements feature. Now, you can toggle on a time-based view to compare surveys run at different times. You can also compare favorability scores across multiple engagements, even when the questions vary, giving you a clearer understanding of trends and insights over time. This enhancement provides a visual representation of the differences (deltas) between responses and the overall change across engagements. It also includes clickable charts that can be expanded to provide a clearer view of how participants’ responses change across engagements or over time.
Advisor & Article Are No Longer Beta Features
All customers now have full access to two powerful tools (previously in a Beta) in Results:
- Advisor, an AI-powered chat interface that makes analyzing your results faster and easier than ever
- Article, a feature that provides a high-level overview of your engagement results, allowing you to quickly glean actionable insight from your engagements
Note: While Beta feature terms are no longer required, users must accept the ‘AI feature usage’ terms to access these tools.
Data Insights: Advanced Participant Response Export Settings
Organizations now have more control over participant response exports. You can now:
- Split multiple-choice answers into separate columns within the export:
We’ve also added more engagement information:
- Start, completion, and participation times for survey responses
- Participation language
- And for Confidential engagements, we've also added ‘Contact Information’ box entries to the exports:
Contact Information Updates
Participants can now choose to provide their email or phone number if they'd like to be contacted by the engagement leader.
We've also added these contact details to Participant Response exports for Confidential engagements.
Additionally, the wording in the 'Contact Information' section of the Welcome step has been updated for clarity:
Insight to Action (I2A) Report Retirement
To maintain top performance for our software, we occasionally retire older features. In an upcoming release, the Insight to Action (I2A) report will be removed from the Results dashboard under the Reports tab.
