Thoughtexchange allows leaders to invite people into online exchanges about things that matter. With a balance of confidentiality, transparency and structure it lets leaders ask challenging questions, hear from everyone and discover what is important to the group.
There are three steps that each participate goes through in an exchange: Share, Star and Discover.
First, they Share thoughts independently and confidentially in response to the question posed by the leader. Next, they consider and rate thoughts shared by others by giving each thought a score of 1-5 Stars. And finally, they get to explore results and discover what emerged as important to the group.
